Blas was established in January 2003 by Mary Campbell OBE, one of Scotland’s leading Corporate Finance specialists.

Blas has an extensive client base including FTSE companies, owner-managed businesses and public sector organisations. We advise clients on corporate strategy and merger integration, acquisitions, disposals, raising capital, debt negotiations and the valuation of shares, IPR and other intangible assets and liabilities.

Blas is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority as “a Corporate Finance advisory firm authorised to carry out the activity of advising on investments and arranging deals in Investments”.
